Replacing hoses:
Wear protective clothing and goggles!
 Disconnect the suction and pressure sides of the hose from their connections.
 Undo the screw of the clear lid and remove the lid.
 Remove the suction side hose connection (left) from the holder.
 Pull the dosing hose carefully out from under the rollers.
 Remove the pressure side of the hose connection (right) from the holder.
 Place the new hose with the two connectors into the two holders. Pay attention to
ensure that the connections with the rounded sides are placed facing the device.
 Briefly switch on the motor, the hose will be drawn into the correct position under
the hose.
 Place the clear lid on the housing and secure using the screw.
5.4 Taking out of operation/wintering the system
If the system is taken out of operation for a longer period of time, for example, over
winter, a number of precautions must be taken. Be particularly careful to ensure
that the entire system is protected from frost and damp.
5.4.1 Dosing system
 Rinse the pumps with lukewarm clean water for approximately half an hour. To do
this, put the suction lance into a bucket of tap water and trigger manual dosage.
 Make sure that the system is fully disconnected from the mains.
 Release the hose set to prevent permanent deformation of the hoses.
5.4.2 Measuring system
 The single-rod measuring cells may only be stored damp.
Store the electrodes standing in their sleeves in a frost-free location. The 3-molar
KCL solution in the sleeve protects the electrodes preventing them from drying
out. Alternatively, the electrodes may be stored in clean tap water. Caution: Do
not use distilled water!
 Seal both electrode holes of the measuring cell with PG13 plugs
 Drain the water from the measuring chamber and the measuring hoses. Close the
taps of the test water extract
