after valve is shut and second stage is 

purged.

1. The valve seat (20) is worn or damaged.

1. Replace valve seat

2. The valve seating surface is damaged.

2. Replace body (36)

1. The valve seat (20) is worn or damaged.

2. The valve seating surface is damaged.

3. The main spring (35) is defective

3. Replace main spring

4. The HP seat (34) is worn or damaged.

4. Replace HP seat

5. The HP crown sealing surface is  

    damaged.

1. Main spring (35) is weakened or  

    damaged.

1. Replace spring

External air leak

1.The piston head o-ring (31) or shaft o-ring                     

    (33) is worn or damaged.

1. Replace o-ring (s)

2. The o-ring grooves on the piston (32)   

    are damaged.

2. Replace piston and o-rings

 3. The piston head o-ring sealing surface in 

     the piston cap (30) is damaged.

3. Replace piston cap

4. The piston shaft o-ring sealing surface in 

     the body is damaged.

4.Replace body
