3.24 Installing the Aqua-Hot’s Expansion Bottle
The selected mounting location for the Expansion Bottle should allow for easy access
(i.e., for filling) and clear visibility whenever the particular Storage Bay door is open.
1. Mount the Expansion Bottle, as illustrated in Figure 30.
2. Connect and clamp the Overflow Tubing from the Expansion Bottle to the
Aqua-Hot’s Filler Neck Overflow Connection; reference Figure 30.
NOTE: The Expansion Bottle can be mounted either above or below the top of the
Aqua-Hot.
3. Drill a hole in the Bay floor and connect (secure with a clamp) a large enough piece
of Overflow Tubing so that it can be connected to the top of the Expansion Bottle
and extend through the Bay floor; reference Figure 30.
