and replace the piston if not complying

with specifications.

Calculate the clearance between pin

and pin hole and, if not complying with

specifications, replace both pin and

piston.

Pin - piston clearance: C = b - a

0.010 - 0.045 mm (0.0004 - 0.0018 in)

Limit: 0.060 mm (0.0024 in)

In order to reinstall the seal rings on the piston, position that arrow stamped on outside of

the pinion so that it is facing the operator.
