What Information to Provide to Apex Technical Support

Unit model number and serial number

Make and model of keyboard and mouse attached to the unit. These numbers are on the underside of each
unit.

Make and model of computers used

Name and version of operating systems used

NOTE:

In anything is missing or was damaged during shipment, contact the Technical Support group. If you

need to return any product, you will need a return materials authorization (RMA) number from technical support.
Apex Inc. will not accept any returned materials without first issuing a return material authorization number.
