E-BIKE WARRANTY
WARRANTY INSPECTION
To secure full functionality of the e-bike it
is recommended to do so-called warranty
inspection. That is usually done after cycling
100 or 150 km. During the inspection, all the
connections are checked, as well as the
brake and gear setting and the electronic
system itself. The inspection is done by the
seller that you purchased your bike at, and
the seller will also confirm it directly in the
warranty card. We recommend to carry out
the warranty inspection within 3 months from
the warranty validation (usually the date of
purchase), or after riding ca. 100-150 km. If the
warranty inspection is not done, e-bike can be
permanently damaged by continuous use. The
warranty doesn’t have to be acknowledged
then.
