Explanation of Configuration Menus (Continued)
Load Cells: 8K
There are two Load Cell types; 8,000 lbs. per leg
(8K) and 12,000 lbs. per leg (12K). The 8K is the
default setting. If the bin has 12K load cells, press
the up or down arrow button to adjust your selection.
Make sure to press the “Enter” button to save.

Num Legs: 4
The number of legs the bin has must be set
appropriately. The default setting is 4 legs. Use the
up or down arrow buttons to change the value.

LC 1 Enable: Yes
All load cells should be numbered consecutively
around the bin for easy identification. The signal
wires of the load cell are connected to the base of
the unit (up to 8 load cells can be wired into the
base). The connector on the base for the signal
wires is labeled 1-8. If a working load cell is wired
into the input, then the corresponding menu item
should be set to Enable. Otherwise, it should be set
to Disable.

Units: lbs
The weight can be displayed in either pounds (lbs)
or kilograms (kg). The default setting is lbs. Use the
up and down arrow buttons to change the value.
Make sure to press the “Enter” button to save.

FullBin lb: XXXXX*
If you desire to fine-tune the factory calibrations of
the load cells, a Full Bin Calibration can be
performed. This can be done only after an empty bin
tare/calibration has been performed, and when
there is a known weight in the tank (preferably when
the tank is significantly or completely filled).
From the Normal Display, press the “Cal” button,
and the Full Bin Calibration will be shown. Use the
up and down arrow buttons to change the value.
Make sure to press the “Enter” button to save.
*This menu item is not found under Configuration
Menus. It is found under Normal Display Mode.
