Traditional motherboard has fuse for Keyboard and
port to prevent over-current or shortage. These fuses are soldered
onboard so that if it were broken (did the job to protect motherboard), user could not replace it and the motherboard would still
be malfunctioning.
With expensive Resettable Fuse, the motherboard can be resumed back to normal function after the fuse had done its
protection job.
