This motherboard provides six
USB
ports to connect USB devices such as mouse, keyboard,
modem, printer, etc. There are four ports on the back panel. You can use proper cables to
connect USB devices from back panel or connect USB header on the board to the front panel of
chassis.

Attach the power LED, Keylock, speaker, power and reset
switch connectors to the corresponding pins. If you enable
“Suspend Mode” item in BIOS Setup, the ACPI & Power LED
will keep flashing while the system is in suspend mode.
Locate the power switch cable from your ATX housing. It is 2-pin
female connector from the housing front panel. Plug this
connector to the soft-power switch connector marked
SPWR
.
This motherboard comes with another considerate option that allows you to control the voice
output. You can choose to let the voice come out from the PC buzzer on the board by setting
JP2 to pin 1-2, or have the voice out from audio speaker by setting JP2 to pin 2-3.
Dr. Voice II is the second version of Dr. Voice. It can identify what kind of problems have
occurred in the operating system. It can also clearly “tell” you whether there is a component
issue or an installed issue, such as CPU, memory module, VGA, PCI add-on card, FDD,
HDD or keyboard by voice. The Dr. Voice II provides four kinds of language versions,

and
Chinese
for your choices. You can select preferred
language version by JP15 & JP16 jumpers. However, if you want to disable this function, you
may also set JP2 to decide either you wish the voice coming out from the buzzer or from
your audio speaker. Moreover, the sound volume of Dr. Voice II can be adjusted from the
speaker.
