¾ Setting Menu
The Setting menu in TV mode includes the options: General, Channels, Sound, Display and PC.
1. Tuner Mode : Select TV sign mode (cable or antenna).
2. Update : Performs a new scan and search for new available channels and updates the information.
3. Reinstall : Reinstall all available channels during the scanning.
4. Services Navigation : Allows changes between channel services using CH+/CH- keys, e.g. primary channels.
The default value is off. This option is available only for digital channels.
1. Adjust Date and Time: Select this option to update date and
time.
2. Change Password: Allows the password to be changed.
The factory default password is (0000), to change this it is
necessary to enter the password using the remote control
and then enter a new 4 digit password. Memorize this new
password, it will allow access to several operations on the
TV menus.
3. Color System : can be adjusted to AUTO, PALM, PALN,
NTSC. We recommend the automatic setting because the
color system of each channel is detected when the channels
are scanned.
4. Auto Power off : When Auto Power off is off, the model will
not auto power off without signal; While Auto Power off is on,
the model will auto power off even without signal.
5. MEMC Compensation : When MEMC is on, the dynamic
picture will be much more clear and fluent, better than
normal picture effect, so that the streaking of the Previous
frame Picture will be clarified, the dynamic sharpness of
picture will be enhanced, and the streaking will be decreased
to be acceptable; When MEMC is DEMO, a white vertical
line will be in the middle of the screen; the left side of line will
be MEMC Compensation, and the right side of line will be no
MEMC; When MEMC is off , there is no MEMC. There are
differences in different sources: 1. Under USB source,
MEMC is off, and compensation can not be chosen; 2. Under
PC Source, MEMC has four options:
OFF/ON/DEMO/BYPASS. When is on OFF/ BYPASS,
Compensation can not be chosen, while is ON/DEMO,
Compensation has three options: MILD / MEDIUM /
STRONG; 3. Under other sources, MEMC has three options:
OFF/ON/DEMO. When is on OFF, Compensation can not be
chosen; while is ON/DEMO, Compensation has three
options: MILD/MEDIUM/STRONG;
6. Sleep: To set the time the TV will automatically turn
off .Press the key successively to select 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60,
90, 120, 180 and 240 minutes.
