Net Work TV MSD6A638 software upgrading (After service)
1, software upgrade tools and materials
* PC (WINDOWS XP system, USB2.0)
* AC100 ~ 240V power supply and power cord
* ISP programming board and cable
* ISP programming board driver
* USB flash drive (version 2.0, the capacity is not more than 4G)
* Upgrade software and boot files
2, the software upgrade content and procedures :
1. U disk formatted as FAT32 format , and then upgrade the software ( software name and case is MstarUpgrade, suffix
bin) put in the U disk .
Method 1: Insert U disk into TV main board or programming fixture board USB interface ,press MENU key on remote
control to prompt user menu , then press left/right key to switch to Setting interface , press up/down key to move cursor to
Software Update(USB), press OK to get in to the next sub menu , press right key to Start, press OK to upgrade , the
machine will power up automatically after upgrading finished , it will take about 5 minutes , do not cut off power during
upgrading or do not conduct any operation otherwise will damage main board.
The bigger the file, the longer time
upgrade will take, it is normally about
3~5 minutes
