WARNING
To use the radio, please connect the antenna to the jack "B" on the back
panel of the equipment firstly and then measure the SWR (Standing
Wave Ratio) before transmitting (at this subject read the chapter nr.5/
page 3). A badly tuned antenna can destroy the final TX amplifier, these
components are NOT covered under warranty.
RESET FUNCTION (Resume Factory Default)
This Radio offers the RESET FUNCTION to prevent and solve accidental
upgrading, as well as provides a solution for customers who changed or
activated unconsciously some unwanted function: the resuming of the
original “factory setting” is easy and instantly.
How to Operate:
Step 1:
Power off the radio.
Step 2: Press and hold FUNC and SCAN keys at the same time,
followed by powering on the radio.
Step3:
Release the two keys when LCD displays "RES".
All former settings would be replaced by Factory Default value when
LCD displays "REND" .
WARNING: All former settings would be replaced by Factory Default
value after operating the RESET FUNCTION.
