Only use ANTELOPE products when you have fully recovered
from your previous workout. Follow our workout instructions and
do not work out with ANTELOPE too often.
ANTELOPE.TECHWEAR must not be used after surgical interven-
tions, childbirth, laser surgery (eyes). Please consult a doctor
before training with ANTELOPE after such an intervention.
ATTENTION:
One possible side-effect of unfamiliar and intensive training is
damage to the muscle tissue. Especially after the first intense
training sessions with EMS there is a heightened risk of muscular
damage.
