SOLUTION
No sound or very
low sound level.
Transmitter
LCD not lit.
Make sure the transmitter is on
and batteries charged.
Receiver LCD turned off.
Check the power supply
Turn on the unit
Receiver RF LED turned off.
Transmitter LED turned on.
Make sure the transmitter and receiver
share the same frequency.
Reduce the distance between transmitter
and receiver,
Check that the transmission space
(“visual contact”) between transmitter
and receiver is free.
Make sure the receiver antennas are
properly connected, V shaped and pointing
upward.
Receiver RF indicator is on.
The beltpack display is on,
the MUTE LED is lit.
Deactivate MUTE function.
Receiver RF indicator is on.
Raise receiver gain.
Raise the transmitter gain.
Check audio connection between receiver
and mixer.
Check mixer configuration.
Distortion or unwanted
