7. Insert the battery casing into the battery pack holder (see
picture above).
8. Without removing the release paper, place the battery pack
holder on the preferred position.
a)
Standard position
: Top right inside the hood, next to the
visor.
b)
Alternative position
: Beneath the visor on either left or
right side of the suit seam. This position requires an exten-
sion kit (optional).

Standard position
9. Make sure the on/off button on the battery casing is facing
downwards.
a) Pull the cable of the battery casing up/through the loop on
the right hand side of the battery pack holder (see picture
above).
b) Take a short cable loop. Pull the cable of the LED holder
down/through this loop (see picture above).
c) Connect the two cables.
10) Adjust the positioning of the battery pack holder and the
cable loop according to the picture above.
a) Make sure both battery pack holder and cable loop are po-
sitioned
next to
the inner visor tape, not
on
the tape!
b) Remove the release paper from the battery pack holder,
press to attach.
c) Remove the release paper from the cable loop, press to at-
tach.
Alternative position
If the battery casing is to be mounted on the alternative posi-
tion, place and attach the cable loops according to the draw-
ing below.
11. After attaching 1) LED holder, 2) battery casing and 3) cable
loop... Let all adhesive parts cure for at least 24 hours before
the suit is taken into use.
12. Verify functionality of the mounted light.
ATTENTION!
THE ADHESIVE STRIPS ON THE LED HOLDER ARE MADE
TO STICK PERMANENTLY AND CANNOT BE REMOVED
ONCE ATTACHED. TAKE CAUTION WHEN POSITIONING
THE LED HOLDER.
