4. Before torquing, make sure long or heavy devices or cables are supported so there is no lateral pressure
on the connection
5. Rotate only the connector nut when tightening the connection. Apply torque to the fitting until the handle
begins to break as shown in Figure 6-12 .

sure which connector types are available on your instrument, consult the instrument Technical Data Sheet
