TROUBLESHOOTING

 

Problem

The appliance 
does not work 

The appliance is not 
plugged in. 

Plug in the appliance into 
mains power. 

The appliance is 
locked. 

Unlock the appliance by 
pressing “Unlock” key. 

The appliance 
doesn’t dispense 
water. 

The water tank is not 
properly loaded. 

Lock the water tank in 
place. Refer to instructions 
under the heading 
“BEFORE FIRST USE”. 

The appliance is 
locked. 

Unlock the appliance by 
pressing “Unlock” key. 

Rate of the 
dispenser is slow. 

Impurities blocked the 
water inlet. 

Clean the water inlet with a 
soft brush. 

The temperature 
of hot water is 
low. 

This is normal for the

Dispense 2 cups of 

water 

and discard. The water 
dispensed will be at the set 
temperature.

Add water to the water tank 
no higher than MAX level

Clean the water tank and 
water path with citric acid 
water following 
instructions under  
“CLEANING AND 
MAINTANENCE” then 
refill with fresh water at
