2. Lay the toaster on its back. 
3. 

Slide the latch (9) to the “open” position to unlock and 

slide out

 the

 

Glass 

panel (8) from the toaster bottom. 

4. Wash 

Glass panel (8) in warm soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. 

5. 

Replace

 the 

Glass panel (8) back into the toaster bottom and Slide the latch 

(9)

 to the “LOCK” position to lock.

 

Note: the toaster will not operate if the glass panel

 (8) 

is not fitted and 

locked correctly. 

Heating tubes

 

1. To prevent damage, do not touch or wipe the heating tubes.   
2. Any loose crumbs found under the heating tube should be cleared by gently 
shaking the toaster and allowing it to drop into the crumb tray. 

 
Care and cleaning     

1. Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from mains power outlet and let 

the appliance cool down completely. 

2. Pull out crumb tray at the bottom of the toaster and empty it. If the toaster is 

used frequently, accumulated bread crumbs should be removed at least once 
a  week.  Make  sure  the  crumb  tray  is  completely  closed  before  using  the 
toaster again. 

3. Wipe the outside of the toaster with a slightly dampened cloth and polish with 

a soft dry cloth.   

4. Do not immerse the toaster in water or other liquids.   
5. When not in use or during storage, the power cord may be wound under the 

bottom of toaster. 

 
WARNING! Fire Hazard. The crumb tray should be cleaned regularly. Do not 

allow breadcrumbs to accumulate in the bottom of the toaster.
