11.8. Fiber is broken before the cutter in the PTFE guiding tube

This may happen if the cutter is positioned incorrectly, so the fiber could not pass through it and was broken in the
PTFE guiding tube (see INCORRECT POSITION OF CUTTER, p. ??????).
