To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1 - Turn on the drain tap (A) to empty the pan, and
leave it open,
2 - Undo the screw (B) by a few turns.
3 - Pull off the cone (C)
4 - Check the seals for wear and replace them if
necessary (VITON O-RING ref. GB6212).
5 - Clean the cone (C) and its seat.
6 - Coat the cone (C) with grease, fit it in its seat
and turn it a few times.
N.B.: use food-approved grease (KLUBER PARALIQ
GTE 703W0), supplied with the appliance.
7 - Pull off the cone (C) to remove the excess
grease.
8 - Replace the cone (C) and tighten the screw (B).
The appliance has been tested before being put
into service. The information provided below is in-
tended to assist in the identification and correction
of any anomalies and malfunctions which might oc-
cur during use. The user can solve some of these
problems himself, but for others specific technical
knowledge or skill is required, and so they must
only be carried out by qualified staff with recognised
experience acquired in the specific sector of opera-
tion.

Check the connection of the
electrical wires.
Safety thermostat tripped.
Carry out the appliance reset
(see page 15).
Switch faulty.
Replace the switch.
The pressure gauge has detected
an abnormal pressure (>0.5 bar)
inside the jacket.
Pressure control valve fouled or
damaged.
Clean the pressure control valve
and call the after-sales service if
necessary.
The safety thermostat is tripped
too often.
The water level in the jacket is not
correct.
Restore the water level in the
jacket; if necessary call the after-
sales service.
