7.3 Lubrication and greasing after every 50
hours
After 50 hours, lubricate and grease your bale wrapper in
the following places:

NOTE: Anderson Group recommends
using
synthetic grease .

7.4 Cleaning
Wrapper gears
Remove any hay that is stuck in the wrapper's axles or
gears after each day of wrapping, at minimum. This will
prevent unnecessary strain on the hydraulic motors.
Rollers
Always keep the stretcher rollers and gears clean and free
of hay or debris. This will prevent them from jamming,
breaking, or tearing the plastic film.
As needed, clean the aluminum rollers with denatured
alcohol, penetrating oil, or paint thinner, and clean the
black roller with dish soap and water.
