8.1
Transport
ATTENTION!
Only use the transport packaging recommended by AJ for packaging. Only this provides
optimum protection of the UV lamp against transport damage.
Observe the safety instructions in section "Safety instructions, transport and installation" p. 8.
Transport the UV lamp very carefully to prevent damage from impact or vibration. The device
should be transported in such a way that major temperature fluctuations are avoided and the
formation of condensate is thus prevented.
8.2
Storage
ATTENTION
Environmental influences and condensate formation can destroy individual components of
the UV lamp!
The storage atmosphere of the UV lamp must be low in dust and free from aggressive va-
pors.
If the device is not installed immediately after delivery or not required for prolonged periods,
it should be stored in its original packaging. A suitable desiccant should be added to the
equipment to prevent damage from moisture.
The following storage conditions must be met:
Temperature range:
-10 – 55 °C
Max. humidity:
max. 80 % (use desiccant)
