Troubleshooting steps

Serial console port connection

If D3 Boot Status LED not turning OFF

If D3 Boot Status LED blinking or IP Ping is intermittent

If D3 Boot Status LED is normal (Turned OFF after 3- 4

minutes) but no ping with board.

If Ping is constant and Boot sequence is normal, but GUI is

not connecting to Board.

If GUI is not connecting after update platform files

If command server is not running, then try running manually

and connecting from GUI
