(1) Check whether GSM signal is OK.
(2) Check Whether SIM Card touches properly.
(3) Check whether cut off the power source and the back-up battery when inserting
the GSM card.
(4)Open the ACC, meanwhile press the emergency button for 5 times, direction
lights flash 3 times, the system will reset again

Solution:
(1) Check if the shake sensitivity is too high.
