Insert rear steering bar through the collar into the shaft. Seat firmly at the bottom, and align the set screw hole with the

slot in the red steering tube.

Install set screw with 3mm Allen wrench and tighten securely.

15)

Finish the installation by tightening the two Allen screws in the cinch collar.

16)

Resume normal assembly in the instructions on page 8 in the handle bar section.
