Routine Maintenance

8.2  Printer

Maintenance

Frequency: 

Inspect printer every day and perform maintenance as

needed.

8.2.1  Check Printer Paper

Supply

Frequency: 

Inspect the printer paper roll every day. 

Replace the printer paper roll whenever a colored stripe is visible on
one or both edges of the printout paper. If the paper roll must be
changed, follow the steps below:
