2 Safety first
2.1 Safe product
The label feeder is a modern industrial device that was developed and produced in
accordance with EN 12198-2, EN ISO 12100-1 and EN ISO 13849-1 as well as the
Machinery Directive 2014/35/EC. It corresponds to the current state of the art and the
safety requirements.
2.2 Intended use
The label feeder is used to transport labels to the pick-up position in a
pick-and-place machine.
Any use beyond the intended use is considered improper.
2.3 Operator responsibility
The operator is responsible for the following measures:

Ensuring compliance with the local safety, accident prevention and
environmental protection regulations as well as other relevant regulations.

Making sure that the personnel are adequately qualified.

Making sure that the operating instructions are read and understood by the
personnel before starting work

confirmation form 60 signed by every employee who
works with or on the label feeder .
