[START key to start counting and resume counting during batch

[STOP] key is to stop counting operation

[REV] key is to reverse motor rotation. Mostly used during coin
jamming situation

[C] key to view accumulated count number at any time. [C] key is
also used for clearing the accumulated count by pressing with
