Printing the Summary
X-1 can be connected with a Thermal or Dot-Matrix printer to the RS232 serial port to print
current counting result or grand total and day total that are saved in the memory.
The receipt lists the “currency name”, “quantity by denominations”, “subtotal” and “total quantity and
amount” of counted banknotes.
Clear error messages
If the bill path of the device is opened intentionally or acidentally, an error message will appear
on the LCD Screen as below and device will stop counting. Close the bill path securely, and follow
the below:
Connect a Dot-Matrix printer with the device.
The upper RS232 serial port is reserved for User 2.
The lower RS232 serial port is reserved for User 1.
Once printer is connected and counting is completed,
Press the Navigation button [Print].
Follow the display message to proceed.

: Print one receipt of breakdown list.
: Print two receipts of breakdown list.
: Confirm the transaction into grand total and day total
Press the
to cancel the operation.
Receipt.
Press the
key to clear error message.
The motor will start running, thus removing all the foreign matters in the bill path to the
reject pocket.
The machine will resume operation in correct manner.
