13-4-3. Calibration
Calibration is to make a full swing reference waveform to read the full level of a signal.
If the machine rejects too many notes, please calibrate all the sensors such as ‘Tape sensors, CIS,
UV sensors.

[Caution] We recommend you have to do the calibration on the below situation.
1. When you disassemble and assemble the sensors related
2. When you change the parts of Tape/ CIS/ UV/Hopper sensors.
3. When you change the Image Board
4. When you update S/W
13-4-4. Machine test

Self-test
: Machine has a self-test mode that
motors, sensors, pockets and
program can be tested by itself.
Test result shows like right picture.

Program: Machine checks the checksum of Image Board.
* If NG, update S/W once again and change the Boards (Image, Option) and test.

On Time: Machine checks the IR transmission sensor.
③
Solenoid: Machine checks the position of Solenoid is good position or wrong position.
④
Motor: Machine checks Main Motor, Feed motor.
