OPERATION
Oven lighting
The Function Selector Control is set to any
cooking function - the oven lamp turns on.
Top and bottom heaters
The thermostat enables the user to set
the temperature within a range from
100°C to 250°C. Use for baking. This
setting is ideal for baking cakes, meat,
fish, bread and pizza (it is necessary
to preheat the oven and use a baking
tray) on one oven level.
Top heater, bottom heater and fan
This setting is most suitable for baking
cakes. Convection baking (recom-
mended for baking).
Fan oven
Using the circular element and the fan
with a temperature between 50°C and
250°C, this cooking function blows the
air into and around the oven cavity.
Heating in this manner helps to ensure
uniform heat circulation. Both cooking
temperatures and cooking times can
be reduced for a more energy efficient
cooking process.
Fan and bottom heater
With this setting the convection fan
and bottom heater are on, which in-
creases the temperature at the bottom
of the cooked dish. Intense heat from
the bottom, moist cakes, pizza.
Bottom heater
This function radiates the heat from the
bottom element. Baking of cakes from
the bottom until done (moist cakes
with fruit stuffing).
Switching on the oven is indicated by two in-
dicator lamps,
R
and
L
. The
R
lamp turned on
means the oven is working. If the
L
lamp goes
out, it means the oven has reached the set
temperature. If a recipe recommends plac-
ing dishes in a warmed-up oven, this should
be not done before the
L
lamp goes out for
the first time. When baking, the
L
lamp will
temporarily come on and go out (to maintain
the temperature inside the oven).
