Meat probe 

When you connect the meat probe, in each 

function selector knob

 position except 

CLEANING and 

0

, the displays shows   and 

the set temperature (80°C by default). 

You will hear the [confirmation 2] beep when 

meat probe is detected. Now you can set 

the core temperature to be achieved when 
heaters will be turned off. Touch   twice to set 

the desired core temperature (when touched 

once you set oven cavity temperature, when 

touched twice you set meat probe core tem-

perature). Meat probe core temperature starts 

flashing. Use the 

setting selection knob

 to 

adjust it in the range 30°C – 99°C.  To u c h 

 to confirm. If you do not confirm within 5 

seconds the current temperature setting is 

accepted. 

When using the meat probe, ECO function 

 is active and the heaters are turned off 

2°C before reaching the desired tempera-

ture to continue cooking with residual heat. 

Cooking ends 5 minutes after the heaters 

are turned off. The [end time] beep is emit-

ted and meat probe core temperature and 
the 

  symbol  flash.  Touch  any  control  to 

silence the alarm or wait 1 minute. If you 

do nothing the appliance will enter standby. 
Touch   twice and increase temperature to 

continue cooking.

The meat probe symbol and core temperature 

go out when you unplug the meat probe. You 

will hear the [end] beep when meat probe is 

unplugged. 

When turn off the oven by setting the func-

tion selector knob to 

0

 with the meat probe 

plugged in the display will show the current 

residual heat temperature. The meat probe 

symbol and core temperature are not dis-

played.
