USB Configuration
The items in this menu allow you to change the USB-related features.
The USB Devices item shows the auto-detected values. If no USB device is
detected, the item shows
None
.
Legacy USB Support [Enabled]
[Enabled]
Enables the support for USB devices on legacy operating systems
(OS).
[Disabled]
The USB devices can be used only for the BIOS setup program.
[Auto]
Allows the system to detect the presence of USB devices at
startup. If detected, the USB controller legacy mode is enabled. If
no USB device is detected, the legacy USB support is disabled.
3.3.10 NCT6791D Super IO Configuration
The items in this menu allow you to configure the system super IO chip settings.
Serial Port 1/Port 2 Configuration
Allow you to configure the Serial Port 1/Port 2 settings.
Serial Port [Enabled]
Enables or disables the Serial COM port. Configuration options: [Enabled]
[Disabled]
Change Settings [Auto]
Allows you to select an optimal setting for the Super IO device.
Configuration options: [Auto] [IO=3F8h; IRQ=4] [IO=3F8h;
IRQ=3,4,5,6,7,10,11,12] [IO=2F8h; IRQ=3,4,5,6,7,10,11,12] [IO=3E8h;

Smart Fan Configuration
The sub-items in this menu allow you to set the smart fan configuration.
CPU Smart Fan Control [Disabled]
Allows you to enable or disable the CPU Smart Fan Control. Configuration options:

Chassis Smart Fan Control [Disabled]
Allows you to enable or disable the Chassis Smart Fan Control. Configuration
options: [Enabled] [Disabled]
