Our recommended replacement schedule is for average feed water quality, and service needs will vary based on water quality and use. 

 

For cleaner city water, you may be able to skip the 3 and 9 month pre-filter replacements if there is no loss of performance.   

 

For applications where the feed water is dirtier or has specific issues, more frequent change-outs may be required.   

 

Generally speaking, filters should be changed when there is a loss of performance and after any extended periods of non-use.  
Filter life recommendations on the cartridge labels should be followed to prevent biological growth.
