1. Insert cross bars into slot on one side and position the other
end into the slot on other side.
2. Move the cross bar so it drops down and locks it in place as
shown in the details.
3. Tighten all bolts and screws that were left loose and press
the
locking clips to lock the cross bars from coming out.
