ENTERING YOUR PROGRAM
Follow these steps to enter the heating and
cooling programs you have selected.
We recommend that you remove the thermostat
from the wall for programming (especially for
entering cooling programming). A fresh 9V
alkaline battery must be installed to perform off-
wall programming. BE SURE SYSTEM SWITCH
IS SET TO
OFF POSITION BEFORE REAT-
TACHING THERMOSTAT TO SUBBASE!
You cannot program the thermostat with the
SYSTEM SWITCH in the AUTO position.
NOTE
Set Current Time and Day
1.
Press
SET
CLOCK
once. The display will show
minutes only.
EXAMPLE:

Press and hold either
TIME
FWD
or
TIME
BACK
until you
reach the correct minutes.

Press
SET
CLOCK
once. The display window will
show the hour only.
EXAMPLE:

Press and hold either
TIME
FWD
or
TIME
BACK
until you
reach the correct hour and AM/PM designa-
tion (AM begins at midnight; PM begins at
noon).
