Do not use water on grease fires! A violent steam
explosion may result. Smother the fire with a dry chemical
or foam fire extinguisher.
•
Never add water to food in a hot drawer. The steam
created could cause serious burns or scalds.
•
Do not use the warming drawer to heat the room. Due to
the high temperatures radiated, objects left near the
appliance could catch fire.
•
When using kitchen appliances near the warming drawer,
make certain that the power cords do not come in contact
with or get caught in the drawer.
