R E M E D Y  

NO Sound 

1. DC Power Adapter not connected to 
Speaker and/or a power source. 

2. Speaker is OFF. 

3. The Speaker battery is not charged. 

4. Master Volume dial is at zero. 

5. Microphone Volume dial is at zero. 

6. Guitar Volume dial is at zero. 

7. Wireless device is not connected. 

8. Microphone battery is dead. 

9. Microphone switch is at “OFF”. 

10. An input source is not connected or 
powered ON. 

1. Connect DC Adapter to Speaker 
and/or to a power source. 

2. Turn power switch to ON position. 

3. Connect DC Power Adapter. 

4. Turn Volume dial clockwise. 

5. Turn Microphone dial clockwise. 

6. Turn Guitar dial clockwise. 

7. Pair Wireless device. 

8. Replace battery. 

9. Turn switch to “ON”. 

10. Check input source is connected 

and powered ON. 

Noise, Crackling, 
Unwanted Signals 

1. Antenna location. 

2. Interference from TV, Radio, or 
defective electrical appliances or 
installations. 

1. Relocate the Speaker to a direct line 
of sight location to the Microphone. 

2. Power off interference sources and/or 
defective appliances or change the 
frequency used by these devices. 

Distortion 

1. Interference from other wireless 
systems, TV, Radio, or defective 
electrical appliances or installations.

frequency used by these devices. 

Momentary loss of sound at 

some locations within 

performance area 

1. Antenna location. 

1. Relocate the Speaker to a direct line 
of sight location to the Microphone. If 
dead spots persist, mark these areas 
and avoid performing in or around 
them. 

Flash Drive not working 

1. Flash Drive has no MP3 files. 

2. Flash Drive is not formatted or is larger 
than 16GB. 

3. Flash Drive is not inserted. 

1. Load MP3 files on Flash Drive. 

2. Format Flash Drive and/or use one 
not larger than 16GB. 

3. Insert Flash Drive. 

Memory Card not working 

1. Memory Card has no MP3 files. 

2. Memory Card is not formatted or is 
larger than 16GB. 

3. Memory Card is not inserted. 

1. Load MP3 files on Memory Card. 

2. Format Memory Card and/or use one 
not larger than 16GB. 

3. Insert Memory Card.
