B.9.4 PROCEDURA DI
STABILIZZAZIONE GRU AA
Si ricorda che è obbligatorio
agire sempre sui comandi che si
trovano sul lato ove si opera.
Eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
1) Bloccare le ruote con apposite zeppe
(vedi A.1.7).
2) sbloccare il congegno di arresto trave
con leva (A) (vedi §B.5.7).
3) Ruotare la leva del deviatore su
"asta" e far fuoriuscire l'asta di qualche
centimetro (B), rimettere in posizione di
blocco il congegno arresto trave con
leva (C) ed estrarre completamente
l'asta. In questa posizione devono
essere visibili i segnali di fine corsa
(vedi A.1.7) ed il perno dell'arresto trave
deve essere perfettamente inserito
nell'asta (D).
4) In caso di stabilizzatori girevoli
manuali, ruotare i martinetti in posizione
verticale verso il basso, inserire il perno
di bloccaggio.
5) Ruotare la leva della valvola del
cilindro stabilizzatore per permettere il
passaggio dell'olio. (E).
6) Ruotare la leva del deviatore su
"stabilizzatore" e azionare la leva di
comando stabilizzatore (F): il cilindro
deve toccare terra e sollevare
leggermente l'autocarro senza scaricare
completamente le sospensioni.
7) Ruotare la leva della valvola dello
stabilizzatore in posizione di chiusura
(G). Quando si sono posizionati tutti i
piedi stabilizzatori, controllare che
l'autocarro sia in piano (vedi A.1.7).
È possibile lavorare con la gru
solamente quando gli stabilizzatori
sono piazzati correttamente.
B.9.4 STABILIZATION
PROCEDURE OF AA CRANE
Remember that you must
always use the controls on the side
on which you are operating the
crane.
Execute the following procedure:
1) Block the wheels with suitable
wedges (see A.1.7).
2) Disable the stabilizer rod lock with
lever (A) (see §B.5.7).
3) Turn the deviation valve lever on
"rod" and make the rod come out by a
few centimeters (B), put the rod lock
with lever back in the locked position
(C) and fully extend the rod. In this
position the limit stop signals must be
visible (see A.1.7) and the lock pin must
be perfectly inserted in the rod (D).
4) In case of manual revolving stabilizer
legs, move down the legs into vertical
position and insert the stabilizer lock
pins.
5) Turn the valve lever on the cylinder to
allow oil to pass through (E).
6) Turn the deviation valve lever on
"stabiliser" and operate the control lever
(F) (see B.4.4): the cylinder must touch
the ground and lift the truck slightly
without however fully releasing its
suspensions.
7) Turn the lever of the valve on the
stabilizer onto the closed position (G).
When all the stabilizer legs have been
positioned, check that the truck is level
(see B.4.4).
Working with the crane is
allowed only when the stabilizers are
arranged correctly.
B.9.4 ABSTÜTZVERFAHREN
DES KRANS AA
Wir weisen ausdrücklich hin,
dass der Steuerhebel immer auf der
Seite zu benutzen ist, auf der auch
die Kranbewegung erfolgt.
Das folgende Verfahren ausführen:
1) Die Räder mit den entsprechenden
Keilen blockieren (siehe A.1.7).
2) Das Stangesperrgetriebe mit Hebel
ausschalten (siehe §B.5.7).
3) Den Wegeventilshebel auf "Stange"
schwenken und die Stange einige
Zentimeter ausziehen (B), den Hebel
des Sperrgetriebes in Sperrposition
wieder drehen (C) und die Stange
vollständig ausziehen. In dieser Position
die Endanschlagmarkierung sichtbar
sein müssen (siehe
A.1.7) und der
Bolzen ordnungsgemäß in der Stange
eingesetzt sein muss (D).
4) Im Fall von mit der Hand drehbaren
Abstützbeinen, diese in vertikale Lage
hinunterdrehen und den Sperrbolzen
hineinstecken.
5) Den Hebel des am Zylinder
angebrachten Ventils zur Freigabe des
Öldurchflusses drehen (E).
6 Den Wegeventilshebel auf
"Abstützzylinder" schwenken und den
Steuerhebel (F) betätigen, (siehe B.4.4)
wonach das Abstützbein den Boden
berühren muss; den Lkw leicht
anheben, ohne hierbei die Federung
desselben völlig zu entladen.
7) Den Hebel des am Abstützzylinder
angebrachten Ventils in Schließposition
drehen. Nach erfolgter Positionierung
der Abstützungen, sicherstellen dass
der Lkw perfekt eben steht.
Die Arbeit mit dem Kran ist
nur dann erlaubt, wenn die
Abstützungen richtig angeordnet
sind.
