Operating instructions

Attention!

Prior to use, check that the specifications of your 

mains power supply correspond to the mains 

voltage and mains frequency indicated on the 

name plate.

Before switching on, check the protective guard is

in good working order.

Move the protective guard to the completely

open position and then let it go. The protective

guard must automatically return to the fully closed

position.

Only use the device with a fitted cover plate

(see page 4).

Ensure that a functional vacuum cleaner is

connected during working. For optimal dust

extraction, perform separating cuts in a clockwise

direction.

Only press the lock button once the motor is

stationary (see page 4). The self-start-up lock

prevents the power tool from starting up automat-

ically if there is a loss of power (even of only very

short duration) during operation, e.g. due to the

mains plug being pulled out.

Switch the power tool off and then back on again.

Maintenance and cleaning

Danger posed by electric current.

Carry out maintenance and cleaning

 

work on the device only when the 

mains plug has been removed.

Repairs to power tools may only be

 

performed by an electrical specialist!

A defective power cord may only

 

be 

replaced with a special, original 

power cord.

Dusts from materials can be harmful to 

health.

Use a dust mask or respirator.

For safe and proper working, always keep the

machine and the ventilation slots clean.

Accessories and spare parts

The device has been produced according to best 

practice and extensively tested at the factory. In the 

unlikely event of a failure or defect, have it examined 

and repaired by a AMB-ELEKTRIK workshop. For 

all correspondence and spare parts orders, always 

include the article number on the type plate of the 

machine. 

Use only accessories which satisfy the requirements 

and technical data specified in this instruction 

manual.

Disposal

Do not dispose of this device with 

household waste. Dispose of the device 

via an approved waste disposal 

company or via your local authority 

waste disposal facility. Observe the 

currently valid regulations. In case of doubt, contact 

your waste disposal facility. Dispose of all packag-

ing in an environmentally compatible manner.

Warranty

This AMB-ELEKTRIK GmbH device is covered by 

warranty according to the applicable national 

regulations. The warranty period begins on the date 

of purchase (please retain invoice or delivery note 

as proof of purchase). Damage that has occurred 

will be corrected by replacement or repair. Damage 

caused by improper handling is not covered by 

the warranty. Claims under warranty shall only be 

considered, if the device is returned fully assembled 

to the service department of AMB-ELEKTRIK GmbH.
