STEP 1: As shown in the following figure, connect frame (3) with
Square Tube (2), using Bolt (A) and tighten with Allen Key (D)

STEP 2:

Connect Cross Bar (4) with Bolt (B) and Nut (C), no tightening;

Use Bolt (B) to lock the Cross Bar into the corresponding screw hole of
frame (3); Lock and tighten all the screws.
