The photocell located on the bale cradle is activated when the bale is placed on the
wrapper. This switch starts the bale pusher (ram) moving the bale towards the hoop.
The moment the bale pusher (ram) hits the second limit switch should correspond to
the front of the bale entering the hoop. This switch will signal the hoop to start
wrapping.
When the pusher has fully advanced, it hits the third limit switch. This one will signal
the hoop to stop turning and the ram to retract.
As the ram retracts fully it will hit the first limit switch which will signal it to stop and
wait for the next bale.
CAUTION !
Before switching engine off, always have the machine in «
MANUAL MODE
»
and the electronic control panel switch should be moved in «
OFF
POSITION
». The remote control is used only when the button on the
control box is in « Automatic mode ». The operator must keep in mind
that a visitor might not realize that he is operating with the remote control.
Always keep a safe distance from the moving parts.
