3. Test procedure and specification:
1). W hen the range of R F signal is 0~-80 dBm , the distortion should be less
than 0.8% .
2). The AF output should be 550m V±50m V.
3). Test the parallel output(under the PL0 status): 1.1V±100m V
PL1: 575m V±50 m V
PL2: 250m V±50 m V
4). Frequency response test: the basis is 1KH z, 100H z should be 1.5±1dB,
and 10KH Z should be -13±1.5db.
5). TO N E signal test: change FM /Tone 2R ate:32.768KH Z, the R F should be
turned on in 30.2KH Z~34KH Z.(N ote: w hen TO N E signal is 31.7KH Z, the
battery is full; w hen the TO N E signal is 32.768KH Z, the battery has 2
segm ents; w hen the TO N E signal is 34KH Z, it displays low battery).
6). AF level test: w hen the level is 6KH z, light 1 w ill light up, and w hen the
level is 11±2KH Z light l fully light up.
7). R F level test: w hen the level is below -95dBm , light 1 w ill light up, and
w hen the level is -65dBm , light 1 up w ill fully light up.
8). The difference of A, B induction is 2dBm , the induction of C H 1~C H 12 is
-95dBm ~103dBm .
9). Adjust the M EN U key, w hen it is in M U TE m ode, adjust the U P and
D O W N key, the AF should has no output.
10). Adjust the M EN U key, w hen the SQ is in 1, the induction of SQ w ill below
-95dBm ; w hen the SQ is in 10, the induction of SQ w ill below -65dBm .
11). SC AN function test: send out the fixed frequency from signal generator,
press the M EN U for 1.5 seconds to scan, w hen scan to the transm itted
frequency, the R F light w ill blink, after pressing the M EN U to lock, it w ill
