To program a recipe
• While in the cooking mode, press the
Add a Recipe
key.
• Follow the first three steps of
“To cook manually by probe”
or
“To cook
manually by time”
from the front of this sheet for each cooking step.
• For a single step recipe, press the
Save
key.
• On multiple step recipes, press the
Write
key after each step.
• Enter the next cooking step (if applicable) or press the
Cancel
key to prevent entering in the next step.
• Press the
Save
key when all steps have been written.
• A keypad will appear. Input the name of the recipe
and press the
Check mark
key.
To clean the oven
• Press the
Cleaning
key.
If oven is too hot to proceed, the
Oven Too Hot
warning
screen will appear. Open the oven door to allow the oven to
cool. When the oven is finished cooling, begin the cleaning
procedure again.
• Select
Rinse
,
Light
,
Normal
,
Heavy Duty
or
Heavy-duty PLUS
cleaning level.
• For
Light
,
Normal
,
Heavy-duty,
or
Heavy-duty PLUS
,
insert appropriate number of CombiClean® tabs as
directed by the touchscreen, or spray CombiClean
liquid cleaner inside the oven.
• Close the oven door and press the
Check mark
key.
• Oven beeps when it is done cleaning. Leave door
slightly ajar when cleaning is finished.
To cook with preprogrammed
recipes
• Note: Some programs include the preheat function.
Be sure the oven temperature has been
reached before loading food into the oven.
• Press the
Saved Recipes
key.
• Locate food item program by scrolling through
pages using
arrow
keys or
Look-up
key.
• Press preprogrammed food item icon.
• Oven begins operating automatically.
