• Choose a

• Press the
Temperature
area to the right
of the thermometer icon, enter oven
temperature on the keypad, and press
the
check mark
.
• Press the
Time
area to the right of the
clock icon, enter cook time on the
keypad, and press the
check mark
.
• Press the available auxiliary cooking function icons to
finesse your product outcome.
• Load food into oven.
• Press the
Start
key.
To cook or retherm by probe
• Choose a
Mode
.
• Press the
Temperature
area to the
right of the thermometer icon, enter
oven temperature on the keypad, and
press the
check mark
.
• Press the
Temperature
area to the
right of the probe icon, enter probe
temperature on the keypad, and press
the
check mark
.
• Press the available auxiliary cooking function icons to
finesse your product outcome.
• Load food into oven and insert probe into food.
• Press the
Start
key.
