For both encoder and decoder,
Each device can be powered by a
PoE-enabled Ethernet switch via the RJ-45
port, eliminating the need for a nearby power
outlet.
Power supply via a power adapter has higher
priority as compared to PoE power supply.
When the device is connected to both the
supplied power adapter and the PoE-enabled
Ethernet switch, it receives power from the
power adapter instead of the switch.
