Attention:
When output 9 (speaker) is programmed to be activated in case of a fire alarm, it will
automatically sound a slow whoop signal instead of a normal siren signal.

When a zone is programmed as a type 5 zone (technical/medical), the programming in screen 8 “medical
alarm instead of technical” decides what the zone is used for and which reports are send to the monitoring
station and is shown on the LCD display. Also when the zones are programmed as medical zones, the
outputs programmed in this screen at Technical alarm are activated in case of an alarm.
Attention:
At Arm/disarm you can program for each section which output is activated when the section is
armed. This can be used for a keyswitch LED or for an optical signaling device. When the section is armed
the programmed output will be activated and when the section is disarmed the output is deactivated. In
screen 6 you can program outputs to be activated when all sections are armed at “Totally armed”.
Attention
: When the SIA HS protocol is used and you do not want to report arming and disarming of the
sections, you can program the value 99 in the Dial Code column at the Arm/disarm events. In this case all
reports BUT the arm and disarm reports will be send to the monitoring station. This is also the case when
there is an AlphaCom ISDN dialler or a DLM-100 GSM dialler connected to the control panel.
