• Reduce the distance between the remote control and the device.

No volume regulation via the remote control.
• The remote control must be pointed at the soundbar.
• Check the batteries if necessary.
• The distance between the remote control and soundbar should not exceed 6-8 metres.
Audio playback is very quiet or has background noise.
• Ensure that the TV/mobile device volume is not set to quiet mode.
• If you can hear background noise, increase the volume on the TV/mobile device and
reduce the volume on the soundbar to avoid overriding.
• The soundbar is designed for indoor use. If used outdoors, the quality of the audio
playback may be diminished (extraneous noise, sonication area too large...).
Not compatible with the TV
• Ensure that the audio cable is connected to the right port on the soundbar.
• Ensure that the TV audio cable is connected to the right audio output.
