3. INSTALLATION
A. Motor and Aluminum Tube Instruction
1. Set the crown and drive adapter into the fixed place on the motor and ensure the slot in the
crown and the drive key on the imit ring fix compactly. The driver adapter is fixed by the clip
l
spring.
2. Insert tubular motor into luminum ube. The crown should match with the luminum ube
a
t
a
t
completely. If using round luminum ube, the crown and luminum ube mush be fixed by screws
a
t
a
t
or rivets.
The screws which fix the crown must not reach the limit ring (see Pic 3); the rivets

which fix the driver must be installed as Pic 4 and should be equally spaced around the luminum
a
t
a
t
ube on one circle; if the octagonal luminum ube is used, it depends whether need rivets or not.
3. Inset the end cap into the end of luminum ube and fix.

B. Installation
1. Before installation, the horizontal and vertical measuring must be made.
2. Firstly fix the bracket into the end board, and then fix the end board and the orbit into the wall.
3. Install the luminum ube into the bracket. Make sure the luminum ube is
a
t
a
t
horizontal and is
vertical with the door and window.
4. Use the unlock dowel to fix the luminum ube with bracket.

C. Installation of window shutter and transmission shaft
1. Connect the wire according to Pic 8. Switch the power. After the motor stops running at one
direction (the close state), cut off the power.
2. Put the shutter into the orbit from above the luminum ube. After that the window
a
t
should be in
the close state.
3. Fixing the shutter and luminum ube: first fix the place where install the screws, which should be
a
t
equally spaced in luminum ube line. Make sure the shutter doesn’t curl after being fixed. Ensure
a
t
the screw not reach the face of the tubular motor.
4. Make sure the connection between shutter and luminum ube is Ok and the force
a
t
bearing is
balanced.
