Check for a short circuit to the electrode or wire.

Switch the power supply Off/On to clear this code.
Check all electrical connections.
Check for water ingress in connections.
Check DHW sensor connections and wires.
Check for water ingress in connections.

Check DHW sensor resistance values.
Check electrical socket connections.
Check external power supply.
Check the system for circulation and restrictions.
